The types of Australian Business Visa are:

The Australian short-stay business visa.
When you have business interests in Australia this might be the visa for you. You don’t have to be the owner or manager, you can also be granted this visa as an employee representing a company (or their country) in australia. It also valid for 12 months and a maximum of 90 days per visit.

The Australian business sponsored visa.
This visa allows businesses to hire people from overseas into their company while acting as their sponsor. Because of this sponsorship, the employee is dependant of that company: if the employment stops, so does the visa. The upside though, is that there are quite a few positives about this visa like tax benefits and something called the Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA). It has a maximum of four years.

The General skilled migration visa.
If your skills are in high demand in Australia, you might be able to apply for this visa. The australian government publishes a list of those required skills, the so called Skilled Occupation List (SOL), that is updated periodically. The idea is that the list allows the Australian economy’s to grow. The skilled workers are often the resource many companies turn to for their employment needs. Like the business sponsored visa, the term of this kind of visa is anywhere from one day to four years.
